South Valley Estates (SVE) is a community of 70 homes established in 2004. We are located just East of Interstate I-35 approximately one mile South of MO-152 Highway off of Stewart Road.

South Valley Estates is a family oriented community full of several styles of newer homes. Our community consists of mainly 3- and 4-bedroom single family homes in ranch, split-level and colonial styles.

The subdivison is home of the Liberty School District's South Valley Middle School and South Valley Junior High School - two of the newest schools, both of which were built in 2004. The Liberty Public School District is known as one of the best school districts in the Greater Kansas City Metro area and is highly regarded for excellence in education.
